Despite some economic uncertainty impacting budgeting, according to TBR’s 2Q23 IT Infrastructure Strategy Customer Research, the top priorities for IT organizations in 2023 remain relatively unchanged from 2022: improving security and improving the reliability of IT systems. These priorities take precedence over other strategic initiatives, including cloud transformation and application modernization. Automation of time-consuming IT tasks has risen to be the third most common IT priority, as organizations seek solutions to free up valuable time for more strategic initiatives.
