Every IT services vendor must partner with cloud hyperscalers (i.e., Amazon Web Services [AWS], Google, Microsoft) to meet evolving client demands to migrate to the cloud. These hyperscalers manage their alliances differently, including expectations around training, certification, pull-through sales and other investments. To fully understand the changing ecosystem landscape, IT services vendors must understand both the hyperscalers’ strategies and competitors’ approaches to partnering.
TBR’s Cloud Ecosystem Market Landscape will provide clients access to data and analysis of 10 IT services vendors’ AWS, Azure and GCP practices, including revenue by cloud provider, headcount dedicated to each cloud provider, certifications tied to each cloud provider and qualitative assessment of each vendor’s overall cloud practice.
By mid-2023, TBR’s clients will have access to the revenue and headcount data described above refined by geographic region (Americas, EMEA, APAC). Analysis by industry will be available by the end of 2023. Where applicable, TBR will also distinguish between services lines and specific cloud applications.
