Technology Business Research (TBR) respects your privacy. The following information applies to how we use data collected from use of our website as well as other interactions with our clients:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE GUIDELINES

All content published by Technology Business Research (TBR) and its analysts, in any form, is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Direct or indirect reproduction, by any method, is prohibited without the written consent of TBR, with the following exception:

MEDIA USAGE

Media may use one graphic or slide and no more than one paragraph of text or three nonsequential sentences from our content. All citations must be attributed to TBR and the relevant analyst(s) and include the date the content was published. All graphics and slides must be attributed to “Technology Business Research, Inc.”

All citations must be from content that is less than 12 months old.

Vendor-owned and/or vendor-sponsored media that wish to cite TBR content – including but not limited to published research, commentaries, special reports, event perspectives, presentations, and teleconference or webinar slides – should contact TBR’s media relations department at [email protected]. Please allow two business days for review.

PROHIBITED USAGE

No Generative AI Training Usage: Customer has no rights to reproduce and or otherwise use TBR data and or content in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate data and or content creation, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating data and or content based on TBR research unless Customer obtains specific and express permission to do so. Nor does Customer have the right to sublicense others to reproduce and or otherwise use TBR data and or content in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate data and or content without TBR’s specific and express permission.
