The full-time analyst role is a dynamic position built on regular contact with vendors and requires delivery of unique insights, participation in client engagements and advising customers. The individual will lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of a named set of ICT industry companies and is expected to gain a deep understanding of those companies and their markets.


  • Cultivate working relationships with analyst relations personnel, the press and research directors, as well as TBR clients
  • Lead the production of quarterly analytical reports and projects, including research and analysis as well as ensuring quality and timely publishing/delivery
  • Engage with vendors and end users, and generate content for deliverables
  • Effectively communicate through all mediums (written, spoken and visual), and demonstrate success conducting primary and gathering secondary research
  • Provide support for proposals as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ related experience
  • Knowledge of the ICT industry and perspectives on current trends and their impact on business strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-organizational relationships
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
  • Expertise in primary and secondary research techniques, including modeling and forecasting
  • Ability to synthesize business implications with a grasp of market economics/dynamics to deliver vendor predictions and analyses
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly discern and analyze the critical elements of large data sets and communicate this analysis to clients in verbal, written and/or spreadsheet format
  • Ability to operate with a steep learning curve and in an autonomous culture
  • Work well within a team structure, with the desire to learn from others as well as share experiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
