50-year-old Capgemini enables clients to 'live the future' through digital and cloud
Capgemini continues to accelerate its expansion in “the new,” including digital and cloud, which collectively accounted for 30% of Capgemini’s revenue in 2016, up from 22% in 2015. Collaborative client-centric innovation, which addresses clients’ business needs through technology developed by Capgemini, its strategic technology partners and emerging partner ecosystem, will be a driving force for the company’s shift to “the new.” The company positions as a digital transformation partner for large enterprises in select sectors, such as consumer products and retail, automotive and financial services, and applies its management consulting and technology capabilities to connect digital and legacy IT for clients. To win in the increasingly competitive digital and cloud segments, Capgemini will use its established presence and proximity to clients in Europe as well as its knowledge of local industry and regulatory requirements to capture opportunities. Additionally, Capgemini will continue to seek opportunities to expand its North America reach to diversify its global revenue base.
