Role and Responsibilities
Kelly Lesiczka is a research analyst in TBR’s Professional Services Practice. Kelly’s vendor coverage includes Cisco Services, CSC, Fujitsu, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services, IBM Global Services, Infosys and Infosys Cloud. She also contributes to TBR’s IT Services Vendor Benchmark, Global Delivery Benchmark and Analytics & Insights Professional Services Vendor Benchmark as well as conducts primary research for custom projects.

Experience and Background
Kelly joined TBR as an intern contributing to the Professional Services and Cloud practices. Prior to joining TBR, she worked as a marketing intern at the Long Group, assisting with database analysis and market research, and as an operations intern at Single Digits, maintaining day-to-day processes and the company’s Salesforce account.

Kelly graduated cum laude from Saint Anselm College with a double major in business and sociology and a minor in human relations and work. She is also a member of Pi Gammu Mu, the international honor society in social sciences.

Jack McElwee, Research Analyst

Coverage and Focus Areas
Public cloud landscape (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS), hybrid cloud and hybrid IT, cloud migration, data migration, emerging technologies, resource management strategies, alliance and acquisition strategies, go-to-market strategies, enterprise software, social enterprise, applications, CRM, business intelligence and analytics

Role and Responsibilities
Jack McElwee is a research analyst in TBR’s Cloud Practice. Jack analyzes software and cloud vendors, including Amazon Web Services, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce and Workday. He also contributes insight for TBR’s quarterly cloud benchmarks, which compare the industries’ top performers against peers, and provides research and data analysis for TBR's Public Cloud Benchmark as well as custom projects.

Experience and Background
Prior to joining the Cloud Practice, Jack interned for TBR’s telecom team, contributing to vendor, operator and custom reports on the industry.

Jack received a B.B.A. with concentrations in global business and healthcare administration from Roanoke College. During his time there, he served as president for the Class of 2016 in his freshman year and was involved in alumni relations. Additionally, Jack was a student ambassador, traveling to New England for a yearly event sponsored by Roanoke College to meet with guidance counselors and promote the college. He also volunteered for the Appalachian Mountain Club, maintaining Mount Washington trails.

Emma Stewart, Research Analyst

Coverage and Focus Areas
Telecom operators, telecom vendors, smartphones, Internet of Things (IoT), software-defined networking (SDN), network functions virtualization (NFV), LTE, 5G, telecom infrastructure, network applications, telecom economics and business models

Role and Responsibilities
Emma Stewart is a research analyst in TBR’s Telecom Practice, providing syndicated coverage of telecom operators and vendors including AT&T, Verizon, Ericsson, Nokia and T-Mobile. She also contributes to TBR benchmarks including the U.S. & Canada Mobile Operator Benchmark and Telecom Vendor Benchmark and assists analysts on custom research projects.

Experience and Background
Emma joined TBR in January 2018 as an intern. In that role, Emma assisted TBR analysts with research and analysis and contributed to syndicated coverage of companies in the cloud and software industries. Emma received a B.S. in business administration at Southern New Hampshire University through Degree in Three, a three-year program.
