Responsibilities include qualitative and quantitative analysis of a named set of ICT industry companies. The analyst role is a dynamic position built on regular contact with vendors and requires delivery of unique insights, participation in client engagements and advising customers.  

The individual will have responsibility for leading the production of quarterly analytical reports and projects, including research, analysis and publishing/delivery. The analyst will also be responsible for cultivating working relationships with analyst relations personnel, the press and research directors, as well as TBR clients, many of which are Fortune 500 IT companies.  

The analyst is responsible for client engagement, including all aspects of project management — from setting the strategic direction through delivery — and business development; content thought leadership, including leading the research direction and agenda for the group, engaging with vendors and end users, and generating content for deliverables; and the mentorship of analytical and research staff. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of scoping, bidding, research, implementation and client delivery for projects. TBR projects typically require detailed primary and secondary research, followed by written reports and summary presentations. Responsibilities also include driving growth for TBR, including collateral and program development, and setting the example as a leader within the organization.  

The individual will also be responsible for developing working relationships with key personnel in our client base, many of which are Fortune 500 senior vendor executives, as well as with TBR managers and sales team, and the press. TBR is seeking a full-time Research Analyst. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an office setting and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

The Research Analyst will be responsible for qualitative research and analysis of the ICT industry. This position will involve working closely with TBR’s industry-leading analytical teams to contribute to the development of syndicated reports through secondary research and report writing. The Research Analyst will also collaborate with TBR’s data team to assist with financial model updates. The role will have a primary focus on research, qualitative analysis and writing to support syndicated report production, though may involve some quantitative work updating company financial models. Ideal candidates will have a business degree, strong writing and analytical skills and possess intellectual curiosity.

The Engagement Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success of client engagements, identifying solutions and working with cross-departmental teams to vision match, bid, scope, and execute projects. This position is a blend of client and project management, and requires the ability to gather high-level business requirements and address client risks, challenges and opportunities.
